WDSF WORLD UNDER 21 LATIN CHAMPIONSHIP

WDSF Dress Regulations and Competition Rules will apply.

Rule E.2 (Age Restriction) UNDER 21 – reach 16th to 20th birthday in the calendar year in 2018 – born in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 or 2002 One partner of a couple may be younger!

ONLY COUPLES NOMINATED BY NATIONAL FEDERATION WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN WDSF WCH U21 Latin WDSF Competition Rules: “All couples of the highest competitive category of a WDSF Member body are eligible to participate (in WDSF World Championship Under 21), but a couple´s application for entry may only be made by the relevant WDSF Member body.” “A couple may only represent a country in any WDSF Championship or WDSF Cup if one of the partners holds a valid and subsisting passport of the represented country at the time of registration and the time of the relevant competition.”

Reimbursement of expenses: No travel expenses, No hotel accommodation, provided that all couples advancing to the quarter-final shall be paid a minimum lump sum reimbursement of CHF 150 (~130 Euro);

No Prize Money in WCH U21 Latin

Accommodation & Full-Pass Packages: Official Hotels for Official, Couples & Accompanying Persons:

1. 1st Option Hotel Golden Palace Tbilisi (4****) – This Hotel May Change!!!

80 Euro one double or Twin room incl. breakfast If we change the Hotel we will find another Hotel of the same level!

Other Accommodation Options: Couples or accompanying persons who do not want to stay at the Official Hotels or order Full-Pass Package – they can choose different accommodation options and book it from www.booking.com; In this case, the connection to the Competition Hall shall be by taxi and we can’t provide transport services; We can suggest you the following Hotels, which are in close location to the Competitions Venue: Some of these Hotels are within a walking distance; Competition Venue - Vere Basketball Palace – is situated in the center of Tbilisi – in Vere Park, which is next to Tbilisi Concert Hall; On Booking.com You can find many accommodation options near VerePark Tbilisi!

Full-Pass Package: 330 Euro/per couple/for 2 days - Hotel Golden Palace Tbilisi (4****) 270 Euro/per couple/for 2 days - ASTERION Palace Hotel (3***)

Full-Pass Package includes: 1. Entry Fee for 1 competition (for each additional competition please add 20 Euro/per couple);

In case a couple dances only WDSF U21 WCH – 50 Euro will be deducted from the total price; 2. Accommodation at the OFFICIAL Hotel for couples - Hotel Golden Palace Tbilisi (4****) or

equivalent level hotel for 2 nights in a double or twin room including breakfast for 2 persons; 3. In case a couple needs an extra night - they shall add the price of one night accordingly; 4. If couple prefers to book another official Hotel - ASTERION Palace Hotel (3***) –

60 Euro (i.e. 30 Euro per night difference 80-50=30 Euro) will be deducted from the total price of the package and the new total for the Full-Pass Package will be: 330Euro-30Euro=270 Euro!

5. 3 DAYS Ticket-Pass – for all events; 6. Full Transport Services – (Pick-up and Delivery to/From Tbilisi Airport and

Hotel/Competition Venue); (60 Euro/per couple); 7. Gala Dinner Only on Saturday Night after the WDSF U21 WCH is included in the package!

Couples will get the Dinner Invitation upon arrival! (60 Euro/per couple);

Please Note:

Check-in Time is 14:00 and Check-out Time is before 12:00 in the afternoon!

Early check-ins or Late check-outs possible ONLY at an additional cost;

we do not provide transport services to couples, who do not book Full-Pass package with us or who are not participants of the World Championship U21;

You can order the Full-Pass Package during the online registration!

The bookings in the Official Hotel shall be made and paid to the organizers directly – you will receive the Invoice from us!

Couples who do not book the Full-Pass Package with us – but would like to join us during Gala Dinner – they can book it at a price of 40 Euro/per person!

If couple arrives/departs to/from Kutaisi International Airport, which is 200 km away from Tbilisi they shall add 50 Euro on top of the price – they will be transferred together with other in groups;

Couples – participating ONLY in WDSF U21 WCH – who would like to buy Full-Pass Package - they do not pay 50 Euro Starting Fee (if they dance only WCH U21) so their total will be: 280 Euro/per couple/for 2 days - Hotel Golden Palace Tbilisi (4****)

96+ couples in the 1st round 30%; 12 adjudicators from 12 countries 25%; Couples from more than 25 countries 50%; 6 Couples from TOP 24 of the WRL 25%;

In 2015: Coeff of the WDSF World Open Latin was 2.15! In 2016: Coeff of the WDSF World Open Latin was 1.85! In 2017: Coeff of the WDSF World Open Latin was 2.00!

The expected coefficient of the World Open Standard: 2.00 !!!

48+ couples in the 1st round 25%; 12 adjudicators from 12 countries 25%; Couples from min 18-25 countries 40%; 6 Couples from TOP 36 of the WRL 10%;

In 2015: Coeff of the WDSF World Open Standard was 2.00! In 2016: Coeff of the WDSF World Open Standard was 1.70! In 2017: There was No WDSF World Open Standard!
