WG Goal
To make a draft proposal about CATV/xDSL IPv4 address assignment guidelines– Consistent practices are needed throughout the
region including RIR, NIR and all LIRs. In order to do this, guildelines are helpful as well as educational efforts APNIC is currently doing.

Assignment policy– amount of addresses (Is 1:1 OK even for
dynamic assignment?)– submission items– how to evaluate initial/subsequent requests,
esp. estimation of customer numbers’ growth
