Information
Payment
We require a $250 venue fee payment no later than one month prior to your
event. If this payment is not received one-month prior, the hold on your
scheduled date will be removed. All food and beverage will be paid for at the
conclusion of your event.
Guest Count
Final guest guarantee is due 10 days prior to your event. Guest count can
increase after the time is up until 3 days prior to the event; however, it cannot
decrease.
Alcoholic Beverages and Outside Food and Beverage
North Carolina State Law requires that all alcoholic beverages in the ballpark be
purchased by Baitshop Management, LLC (Carolina Mudcats Catering). The
minimum drinking age in the State of North Carolina is 21 years of age. It is the
responsibility of the party to ensure nobody under the age of 21 is consuming
alcoholic beverages. We reserve the right to check for proper identification. No
outside food and beverage is permitted to be brought in. Baitshop Management,
LLC, reserves the right to confiscate any food or beverages brought into the
stadium and/or to cease sales of alcohol to any customer at any time, without
explanation.
