On April 8th, 2017, the 7th grade girls from Sacred Heart won the 1st annual Catholic Border Classic. The basketball tournament was organized by the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Missouri and includ-ed the top ranked CYO teams in Kansas and Mis-souri. The Sacred Heart 7th grade girls made it to the finals and played the team from Visitation school in Kansas City, Missouri. Sacred Heart came out on top, 23-15!

Congratulations to the 7th grade girls who represent-ed Sacred Heart so well!

You will receive the “CPS School Rosary”, with a list of of all school staff and we ask you to pray for our school staff by name as you and your family pray the rosary daily for one week.The signups are available for every week of the 2016-2017 school year.

In conjunction with StudenTreasures Publish-ing Company, the 1st graders have become pub-lished authors! StudenTreasures believes that every student should be an author. To help make this happen, Mrs. Gardner’s class pub-lished their annual “Frank the Raccoon” class story. This year’s story is called Frank the Rac-coon Gets Lost in the Jungle. Mrs. Mast’s class published a class book called All About Mrs. Mast’s First Grade Class. The students received their final published copies last week!
