Del’Aziz catering & events management draws its source from all around the Mediterranean, origins renowned for its

hospitality and entertaining. Our in house chefs and bakers can prepare canapés for an

informal gathering or a complete package coordinated by our competent events management team. Further menu ideas for

your party can be provided. We have a team of trained staff that provide the perfect accompaniment to any event whether it be a quiet drink party, a grand wedding, a boardroom lunch or any type of

special celebration. You can also hire any of the unique spaces available in all of

our branches for your special event. Arrangements can be made to accommodate your party whether it be delivery, display set‐up, service staff or

cooking on premises. Please contact the manager of your local branch to discuss

Terms and Conditions

General • All dishes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute

ingredients or items where necessary • Minimum order for canapés – 24 of each canapés • If you are requiring services other than just food delivered a 17.5% VAT will be

added • 50% non‐refundable deposit is required when confirming your order

Orders & Deliveries • All small catering orders (£100 and under) need to be booked at least 1

day in advance. We understand when the unpredictable happens and can sometimes accommodate for last minute requests. Do call your local branch to discuss your needs

• Large catering orders ‘requiring service’ need to be booked 1 week in advance

• All orders should be reconfirmed by 14:00pm the previous day • We will give you a 1 hour delivery slot unless specified before • Orders above £100 free local delivery • Orders below £100 will be charged for delivery unless located within

walking distance (200 metres)

Cancellations We understand that sometimes there will be a need to cancel an order. We appreciate as much notice as possible, however we require 24hrs for orders below £250, 72hrs for orders between £250‐£750, 1 week for orders £750 and above.

Special Dietary Requirements Some of the dishes may contain nut products or food substances to which you may be allergic. Please ask our staff for more information. Please advise us of any dietary requirements when placing your order.

Staffing We are able to provide full range of professional staff to display, serve and manage any style of event. Waiting staff ‐ from £9.00/per hour Bartenders & Chefs ‐ from £12.00/per hour

Crockery We are able to supply a wide range of crockery at competitive prices. Please discuss your requirement with us. All non‐disposable items remain the property of Del’Aziz and should be available for our collection as arranged by the manager of your local branch Health & Safety Chilled food can only be left out of a refrigerator for a maximum of 4hrs. Hot food on a buffet can only be kept out (at 75 degrees ) for a maximum of 2 hrs and then will be deemed unsafe and should be disposed of. Some of the dishes may contain nut products or food substances to which you may be allergic. Please ask our staff for information.
