In the U .S ., the New Lab Start-Up Program is restricted from current or potential healthcare customers . Because many institutions have affiliations with healthcare professionals (HCPs), we need to validate that your lab’s activity, personnel, and purchasing are not considered HCPs prior to admission into the New Lab Start-Up program .

Once your application is accepted, you’ll receive a welcome email with your unique PIN . And keep your PIN handy . You’ll need it every time you redeem a New Lab Start-Up offer .

• Visit the redemption center from the New Lab Start-Up homepage and sign in using your NLSU PIN and email
• Fill out the form and your redeemable product list as applicable and submit
Take advantage of as many New Lab Start-Up promotions as you’d like during your membership in the program . Each offer is limited to one redemption . Qualifying purchases must be made on a single purchase order unless otherwise specified .
You will receive your redeemable product(s) approximately six to eight weeks after your submission .

How long will it take to get my PIN?
A: It can take 24 to 48 business hours to receive your PIN .
What do I do if I forget my PIN?
A: Please contact [email protected] if you forget your PIN .
How long will it take for me to receive my products after submitting a redemption form?
A: It can take six to eight weeks from the day you send in the NLSU redemption form . If there are any issues with the redemption or more information is needed, delays may occur . In this case, an NLSU team member will contact you .
Can I redeem an offer more than once?
A: You can only redeem each of the offers once .
Am I able to combine multiple purchase orders to meet the qualifications of the offer?
A: All of the qualifying purchases must be made on a single purchase order unless otherwise specified .
How do I submit a redemption form?
