Krakow, Poland – 30 | Jan | 2010 To whom it may concern, It's a great honor for me to give an endorsement for Fernando Flores, former VPMKT of AIESEC in Santa Maria and former @BAZI BCC - Chair, applying for AIESEC in Brazil - MCVP Comm 2010-2011. With this endorsement letter I want to mention some key characteristics that Fernando has and that are relevant for being MCVP Comm in my point of view. Fernando always showed an analytical way to see the different perspectives and also solutions oriented person. Working with him at EB 2009, I could follow his work closely and his commitment with AIESEC and saw his result orientation and focus in the excellence. When we start to build a Team we have to know that each one of the team will have an important role to make the team happen in the best way. And Fernando had an important role in my EB Team. With his solution orientation, high resilience and calm when facing difficult situations I could count with a balanced perspective from him in my team, helping to establish the synergy and orientation to results in the team during the term. Fernando is an extremely intelligent person with a very simple and straight forward approach which reflects in the concise way he conveys his thoughts with an immensely sharp thinking process. During this year working with him a could see clearly his development skills growing a lot, like team management, personal effectiveness, coaching and strategy ability and so on. He made a great job in @SM supporting our ER team in the rebuilding our selling approach, portfolio and how we sell our EP side portfolio, and we can see these reflected in all the records in EPs and TNs RA during 2009. Besides that he has a big passion for AIESEC. Always looking to get the best in what he does in organization to create the positive impact and to have the most of his experience in AIESEC and for life. With a great knowledge about AIESEC, communication, marketing and ER Fernando can analyze and explorer and capitalize in the best way the opportunities for AIESEC, bringing results through his experience in working with it in our LC and during his Exchange in India. Due to his background, work experience in this area inside AIESEC, his amazing commitment with the organization and knowing how this position is connected with his professional future I’m really proud to endorse his application.
