Flow-optimised press connector system with multilayer pipes for drinking water and heating installations. Tested in acc. with DVGW worksheet W 534. Press connectors Safe and fast processing without calibration of the pipe ends through O-ring-free press technology in all dimensions. Aerodynamic radii and minimal cross-section narrowings ensure minimal pressure losses. This allows a smaller dimensioning of drinking water installations and reduces the pipeline volume. SC-Contur All sizes with SC-Contur – connections, which remain inadvertently unpressed become immediately visible during the leakage test. During leakage tests with water, Viega guarantees the identification of unpressed connections in the pressure range 0.1 MPa–0.65 MPa, in the case of a dry leakage test with gases from 22 hPa–0.3 MPa.
