Original Wear Policy Order Form Customer understands that a minimum purchase must be made for wholesale orders to obtain wholesale pricing. $250 is the minimum purchase order if buying samples for purchase review. Please make sure to claim on the order sales receipt as "samples." There are perks that come with sample orders, but payment restrictions as well as quantity do apply. Perks vary from order to order based on the merchandise purchased. Refer to the wholesale order form for minimum quantity and pricing of items. Payment: All approved orders, once paid in full, can take 10 days to 45-60 days based on shipping preference method. Minimum wholesale orders vary on items. The line sheet will notify you of what quantity is needed to fulfill an order of each item. If the desired quantity is not fully in stock upon request, please contact buyer regarding this item. Minimum Wholesale Order: Once invoices clear (approximately 48 hours turn-around), merchandise is shipped. A 50% deposit on all (Original Wear) orders is required to start craftsmanship, as all items are handmade and require 2-3 weeks for completion.

Stipulations and Terms: Initial orders must be a minimum of $500 USD. Order Submission does NOT guarantee distribution approval. Your Original Wear order shall be for sale by you and only to end users in your approved retail store location. Original Wear approves the right to reject any order. Original Wear has the right to change prices without notice. Rush Orders: A handling fee of $100.00 is added to all "rush" orders. Due to the handmade nature of our goods, rush orders will be handled on a case by case basis. Buyer will incur any extra shipping costs associated with international rush shipping. Returns: All returns must be pre-authorized in writing and no later than 5 days after receipt of goods. All authorized return claims must be returned with 2 weeks of authorization; customer covers full price on return shipping. No returns on goods after 30 days of receipt. Original Wear will cover return shipping due to the following: defective merchandise or a shipping error on our part. However, please contact us prior to returning so that we can help you with these issues.

Shipping: Customer agrees to pay 100% of shipping. From Spain to the States, customer will always cover duty and customs costs as well as agreed amount dependent on wholesale order purchased. Shipping time can vary from 10 days to 4-6 week timeframes. Please contact Original Wear for shipping quotes as quantity, weight, and value can change per order.
