POWER TAKE OFF’S1000/2000 SERIESOur 1000 and 2000 series PTO’s have been engineeredto work with the most common transmissions in today’smarket. Offered in a wide range of input gear, ratio,output, and shifter options, these all cast iron PTO’sinclude large 12mm flange bolts, which make for a verysturdy and durable pump mount,supporting some of thelarger pumps in the market.Both of these models arealso available in a deepmount 1010 and 2010series. 1200 SERIESThe 1200 series is a specialty PTO for theMercedes G56 transmission. Thislightweight, aluminum housing PTOcomes in a very compact design and isavailable with two output and manyratio and shift options.

3100/3150/3250 SERIES3100 and 3250 series are 10 bolt hotshift PTO’s for theAllison World Series transmissions as well as the newCaterpillar CX series. The 3250 series is alow profile version of the 3100 for tight mountingspaces on certain truck chassis. The 3150 is the constantmesh option of this series.

POWER TAKE OFF’S4000 SERIESOne of Bezares’ most popular products, the 4000 seriesPTO is a very compact, heavy duty, high torque, eightbolt PTO that was design at an economicalprice. It has a wide variety of ratio andoutput options as well as anintegrated air shift cover for extradurability.

4100 SERIESThe 4100 PTO is also a heavy duty PTO with a 475 ft./lb.torque rating. It features a very compact andlightweight design, while still covering high torquedemands. This model has been proven in theblower market and will fill 90% of allapplications where the competition needs amuch larger and more expensive PTO. We feelthat the 4100 is the best PTO pound forpound in the market today.

4200 SERIESThe 4200 series PTO is a market exclusive dual outputeight bolt heavy duty PTO. This unit has twoindependently air operated outputs,with a variety of ratio and outputcombinations. This PTO is veryversatile for many applicationswhere two PTO’s are neededand only one opening isavailable.

6000 SERIES

8000 SERIESThe 8000 series PTO is a heavy-duty one speed forwardand reverse PTO with a 500 ft./ lb torque rating forwinch applications. This model is “the only”heavy-duty forward and reversible PTOwith factory air shift in the market,which eliminates the need forexpensive aftermarket air shiftconversion kits.

Our 8500 series PTO is a super heavy duty unit with avariety of output and ratio options to cover almost anyapplication in the market. Compared to similarcompetitive models, our unit has advantages inboth weight and cost. This is the perfectPTO for maximum torque andhorsepower applications.

The 6000 series PTO is a six bolt reversible PTO primarilyused in mechanical winch applications. This PTO hasfactory air shift with a 1.25” round keyed shaftoutput. A wide variety of input gears areavailable, making it applicable for most manualtransmissions.

Bezares has been manufacturing PTO’s for the world market for over 50 years. They are a leader in Europeanand Asian PTO development, manufacturing, and distribution. Working closely with the truck andtransmission manufactures from around the world, gives us a distinct advantage in the global PTO market.

As the U.S. market evolves, we are seeing a tremendous increase in the rear mount PTO requirements in theU.S., such as the Volvo I-Shift transmissions, Mack M Drive and the Zed-F MO series. Bezares USA is committedto stocking these models along with many others in our U.S. distribution centers, to keep the freight costsand lead times to a minimum for our customers, while offering them with a wide range of S.A.E andEuropean output options.

9030890The 9030890 valve is an air operated dual pressure tippingvalve with two independentoperating pressures. This valve is aperfect fit for a walking floor anddump combination, at afraction of the cost of otheroptions.

The 901211 is a two position, two selector valve thatoffers a simple means of directing oil flow into twoseparate hydraulic circuits. It is air operated with anopen center inneutral position.

6013399 602199 to 609699The Model 6013399 Split Shaft PTO is designed to provideup to two 6 bolt PTO mounting apertures for light tomedium duty vehicles that may not have the PTO option orare limited to one opening. This split shaft may also offerthe ability to pull more torque and horsepower than atransmission mounted PTO may be capable of providing. Awide range of Bezares PTO’s can be installed on theopenings with the full range of PTO options. The PTO’s andSplit shaft have the options of being shifted pneumatically- mechanically or hydraulically. The 6013399 Split shaft PTOmounts in the main driveline behind the transmission orbehind any driveline output providing input speedsbased upon theinput shaft speed.

The models 602199 to 609699 Series Split Shaft PTO’s aredesigned to provide mounting flanges for either hydraulicpumps or drive line flanges oriented to the front and rear ofa truck chassis. This light duty Split Shaft is capable of bothstationary and road mode operation with a maximum of 885lb. ft. torque capability transmitted through the mainthroughput shaft. Main Drive line input/output is made via1410 companion flange with maximum PTO pump or driveshaft output of 50 HP continuous

We offer a full line of tanks to fit all application needs. Our tanks are available in aluminum, steel, and polyranging in capacities from 7 to 100 gallons. Styles include upright mount, saddle mount, and square sidemount, with special order options of sight gauge and two inch ports as well as stainless steel strap options.Also custom tanks are available per request.

CAB CONTROLS AND TOWERSBezares offers a variety of in-cab controls for Power Take-Offs. Three different size tower consoles for combocontrol valves are also available. Specialty control AK145X is offered for the forward and reversible air shift Power Take-Offs.

Gemini SERIESThe Gemini pump offers an all in one pump for end dump and livefloor combo applications with a built in dual pressure relief valveset at 2500/3200 PSI as well as factoryair shift. Availablewith SAE B 4 bolt ortwin shafted remotemount.

P5151 SERIESThese pumps are designed to be bi-rotational to fit awide variety of applications, allowing for lowerinventory cost while still offering a variety of porting

VANE PUMPS AND MOTORS

TDZ Vane pumps are supplied in a wide range of flows, from 0.18 cu in/rev in single pumps to 23.3 cu in/revin double pumps and up to 32.2 cu in/rev in triple pumps. They are all characterized by their small size inrelation to: power supplied, excellent performance, silent operation, flexibility in oil input and outputpositions, and low-cost maintenance.

Low-cost maintenance is determined by their construction, i.e. with a replaceable cartridge pumpingelement. This cartridge contains all parts subject to wear and can be replaced in a few minutes withouthaving to dismount the pump body from the motor, transmission element or circuit hoses. In addition, itshydraulically balanced design reduces wear and eliminates the load on the bearings. The possibility ofplacing oil outputs in different positions in relation to the input adds great flexibility and ease ininstallation.

Bezares manufactures two complete TDZ model ranges, based on the Vickers and Denison designs. Thecomplete units and parts are 100% interchangeable with said makes.

There are two different ranges for both designs, depending on pump application, single, double or triplepump, i.e. industrial - characterized by their low noise level, and for mobile application, supporting higherrotation speeds, with shaft versions more resistant to torque and reinforced water-tightness.

TDZ Vane motors are made in ranges from 1.46 cu in/rev. to 7.32 cu in/rev. In addition to the standardDenison-type models, other specific models are available for the farming sector, such as tree-shakingapplications, among others.


CETOP VALVES AND MANIFOLDS

Bezares supplies TDZ valves in a full electro valve program, pilot-operated tipping valves as well as valvesfor flow and pressure control in a modular or sandwich format. The assembly system with stackable valvesallows unlimited circuits to be created, reducing space requirements besides saving time in mounting costlyhose installations.

TDZ valves are made according to the CETOP standard. We have a large stock for immediate delivery in thefollowing sizes: CETOP 3, 5, 7 and 8 (TN-6, 10, 16 and 25). CETOP 10 size valves (TN-32) are also available onrequest. The TDZ valve program enables working at pressures of up to 5,000 psi and flow rates of up to 290gpm, making it the ideal range for use in heavy duty applications such as industrial or marine.
