THE INTERNATIONAL 7600

The new International 7600 is here. Designed and manufactured in the USA then assembled and customised for Australian conditions at Iveco’s Dandenong Plant in Victoria.

The International 7600 is a nimble vocational specialist ideally suited to single trailer, or tipper applications.

With a strong traditional US look blended with modern styling, the International 7600 provides a stunning on road presence and has risen to become a number one seller in the USA. It is set to become a sought after Aussie workhorse with an American heart.

THE US WORKHORSE BUILT TOUGH FOR AUSTRALIAN CONDITIONS

Put your foot down and the 7600 comes into its own. The 7600 is powered by the renowned CAT C-12 in-line turbo diesel engine providing 380 Horsepower. This engine can be easily up-rated by your dealer to 430 Horsepower.

Underneath, the 7600 is fi tted with the Eaton Fuller 18 speed overdrive road-ranger transmission and DANA rear axles making this a proven combination.

Safety comes as standard with a dual circuit air system, Bendix four channel ABS and ASR skid control on board. In addition parabolic front springs with Koni shock absorbers and International Ride Optimised Suspension, iron out the bumps for a smooth and comfortable ride.

The 7600 is fi tted with steel 285mm PCD steel rims and Michelin tyres all round as standard. The option of aluminium rims with Dura-bright fi nish is also available.

With so many industry leading components integrated as standard and a low tare weight from 7.05 tonne, it is clear that the 7600 is a proud step forward, building on the reputation of International’s impressive foundations.

PLENTY UNDER THE HOOD TO GET YOU OVER EVERY HURDLE

Cabin access to the 7600 is where the comfort begins thanks to wide door opening and fuel tank mounted steps and grab handles.

The cabin interior is spacious and provides added foot room, a tilt steering wheel and ample head room.

From the driver’s GraMag air seat the job is made easy. Inside the air-conditioned cabin a large windscreen area allows for great frontal visibility and outside, the break away mirrors are heated and motorised and come with wide-angle spotters that ensure everything beside and behind stays in view. The wrap around dash has easy-to-read gauges including an LCD odometer for trip information, and the cruise control function is located on the steering wheel for ease of use .

The cabin also has opening quarter vent windows which provides additional air fl ow when needed without the elements.
