Light dripLineP1 light dripline is the novelty for irrigation in greenhouses and open field for vegetables and flowers.P1 light dripline is the new generation dripline to satisfy drip irrigation requirements thanks to: High perShapences of emission uniformity also in irrigation cycles with fertilizers; Possibility to reach considerable branch lengths; Technical characteristics reliable in the long run, in various applications and environment conditions; Easy to install without checking the emission point position on the ground; Low investments to be paid off in one season only.

Born from the integrated-extruded tecnology P1 - light dripline shows advanced technical characteristics: The flat dripper 2 mm thick only, welded on the inside wall of the pipe grants minimum pressure losses; Drippers filter, with eight pass holes, avoids clogging possibilities; The turbulent flow labyrinth, with characteristics for a higher emission uniformity, excludes sedimentation possibilities even at low working pressures; The pipe available in four diameters 16, 22, 25 and 29 mm, with wall thickness of 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 15, 18,and 24 mil, offers high resistance to thermal stresses, UV rays and mechanical stresses.

drip tapeThe iSiplastTape, with close spacing between emitters and low flow rates, performs best when used in permeable soils that are usually employed for vegetables and flowers. The drip tape iSiplastTape is the ideal solution for both the irrigation in open field and greenhouses. Tomatoes, water melons, melons, strawberries, vegetables marrow, peppers, eggplants, asparagus, potatoes, cucumbers, onions, roses, carnations, etc. grow extremely well with this type of irrigation.

Characteristics High working resistance achieved thanks to innovative technologies and advanced raw materials. irrigation systems with capiLLariesThe CAPILLARY SYSTEM, is a method for the localized irrigation, developed by Irritec to be used in the field of nurseries, protected crops and greenhouses.The capillary is the main characteristic of this system. It is a micropipe with inside diameter from 0.6 mm to 1.5 mm manufactured by a coextrusion process. The monitoring by laser equipment of dimensional characteristics, allows a precision of one hundredth of millimeter. Good performance and reliable products are assured by ISO 9001 standard quality system.

The system It consists of a polyethylene pipe and capillaries: The pipe, produced in diameters 16, 20, and 25 mm is punched with single or double hole at the requested spacing. The capillary, made in outer diameter 3.2 mm, is inserted in the pipe. At the end of the capillary is mounted a stake to be placed in the ground near the plant.

How does it work?The laminar flow produced due to the very reduced diameters, permits to obtain a constant flow rate relative to capillary length and working pressure used.
