If no geotechnical soils report is provided by the customer, then Trylon must assume Normal Dry Soil and the customer mustbear the full risk of that assumption being incorrect. To mitigate customer risk, Trylon highly recommends that customers hire a 3rd party geotechnical consultant to conduct ageotechnical soils report. If required, a foundation drawing wet-stamped by a professional engineer may be purchased from your Trylon Dealer at an additional fee. This foundationdrawing provides only: excavation details, concrete details, quantity and size of rebars, reactions at the base, overturning moment. It does NOT include seismic analysis, detailedrebar drawings or other non-standard foundation requirements. Consult Trylon TSF if your drawing requires special information at an additional fee.)
