from german language and adapted to, and widely used in our language.

2. Are Hauzmajstor services more expensive than services found on the market?

provides maintenance services based on highest standards of expertise. We use professional equipment,

are insured from damage to third parties and provide guarantee for our services and therefore security to our clients. We

have a fair quality-price balance.

3. Are your employees professionally trained?

all employees attend regular and periodical trainings geared toward improving their service and professional

4. Is it possible to use your services without a contract?

yes, but our contracted clients have preferential treatment, and our priority is satisfying our clients that pay subscription,

however we appreciate every client and provide services to all those who need them based on the official price list of the

5. Is it possible to use your EMERGENY SERVICES without contract?

yes. We understand that clients may in some particular situations require urgent response or service provision at a specific

time. With a view of meeting mentioned needs we provide emergency services to clients who do not have a subscription

or service contract with us. on the same note, we have to mention that rates for emergency services are higher than our

regular rates and that the only accepted method of payment are cash and credit cards at the time of service provision.6. Why is there a subscription program anyway?
