Why we need a solid Power Supply Have you ever felt that your system or power supply was overheating after a while of system operation? Power to the system is just like heart to the body. If a PSU can’t supply efficient power, the system will become unstable causing possible fatal damage, such as electric capacitance explosions or electric shocker with fire. Components like CPU Clock Speed, Memory, and video card solution only boost performance but require the single most important component to keep our system running everyday and that is a power supply. Choosing a stable and efficient power supply is most important for any system builders.

What produced the heat?Heat is produced by PC system components and inefficient power supplies during operation. In order to keep these components within their safe operating temperatures, heat must be dissipated. If not, overheating will occur and permanently damage your expensive system with hardware failures and system crash.

PSU fan plays the double roles for PC- Exhaust harmful hot air out the system and help circulate cool air into the casePower Supply is comprised of capacitors, resistors, and transformer. PSU fan plays a double roles of intake cool air and outake hot air out the case for our PC. It has an important task of not only keeping itself from overheating , but also removing heat produced by system components during operation tnat must be dissipated from within the case. For your demonstration, please see the images below for how High Power PSU regulates air flow in order to keep PC system stable and cool. PSU fans operate in exhaust direction; expelling hot air out the rear of the case and draws cool air from front or side ventilation. It is very critical with the PSU stability and airflow to prevent sudden decline system performance from overheated system.
