Project Management and Administration· Worked directly with departments, artists, students, and executives to increase visitorship, exposure, and
event participation. Successfully initiated and implemented programming which resulted in a 32% increase in workshop participation and registration fees revenue.

· Lectured, taught, toured, and trained a number of different audiences including children, docent groups, volunteers, staff, and visitors.
Business Development | Financial· Initiated a key partnership with Target®, which resulted in a three year long, 45K fully funded program.
Assisted in the creation of a campus-wide Target® marketing campaign.· Secured 210K in new funding from private resources through sponsorship requests.· Secured over 65K in new funding through grant writing (including from Government agencies and the
Knight Foundation).· Created calls to artists, managed applications, created reports, coordinated committee meetings, managed
invoicing and payment, communicated with candidates and selected artists, and oversaw installation and maintenance for FIU’s Art in Public Places. A total of 21 calls, 27 projects, and 6100+ submissions.
· Reduced overhead by taking on more responsibility with creative and administrative projects, reducing labor costs by 30+ hours per week and increasing production by 20%.
· Managed a donor base of 128 and maintained records of donations and gifts.
E-Marketing and Social Media· Managed all social media platforms and increased exposure by 72%.· Programmed the Florida International University’s Department of Art and Art History’s website and
maintained it for six years. Maintained different institution’s websites since.· Created e-newsletters and corresponded with visitors, members, and the general public.· Successfully implemented an online Kickstarter campaign which secured over 2K of funding for Art
Fallout; a fully-funded program created to promote neighboring galleries and museums including the Museum of Art | Fort Lauderdale.
