• My Philosophy - School comes first. All of these student athletes are here for an diploma and unfortunately most of them will never play college or professional baseball.

• My plan to get them a good education:1. Weekly progress reports turned in to coaches

2. Mandatory study hall for those in danger

3. Academic code of conduct4. Open communication with teachers and counselors

• I have been developing my plan for a baseball program for 10 years and I will pour my heart into Mira Costa baseball.
