Solution Tall Emu CRM was used to consolidate and automate their business. The accounting system was replaced and was linked directly with Tall Emu CRM. Information which was manually entered and maintained, such as a customer’s status, is automatically calculated. The website was enhanced to include a shopping cart allowing customers to order products and book courses online. The cart is managed in Tall Emu CRM and all activity is automatically synchronised back to the Tall Emu CRM.
