This installation was a 900m3 storage system and was stage 3, with stage 1 and 2 preceded this and comprised Triton S22 chambers. The Triton Vault system was designed for stormwater management for a total land area of 3900m3. DESIGN Cirtex worked closely with the Engineer during design stage and provided project concept designs to the Engineer for review. The footprint area was constrained so a double-stack system was proposed. Cirtex was present on site during installation to assist the contractor as this was the first double- stack system installed world-wide. INSTALLATION One of the key advantages of the Triton Vault system is the speed and ease of install. Cirtex was pleased to provide on site training to the contractor and the installation was completed efficiently and professionally in a timely manner. The products used provided the following benefits to the project: Modular, highly configurable system, large volume to area ratio Less drainage aggregate needed and Void ratio of 80-90% vs. 65% for S22 Chambers Very strong, renewable soy-based resin construction - carbon neutral and able to be trafficked Installation time savings due to installation methodology and less drainage aggregate required CONTRACTOR CAMEX ENGINEER Candor3 LOCATION Matamata, Waikato PRODUCTS USED Triton Vault System, DuraForce® Geotextile, DuraGrid
