a partnership for the customers’ trust

customers. The new services for household damages self-reporting and the emergency repairs

represent the main proof to sustain this affirmation.

compliance guarantee for our commitments. The first of these guarantees apply to the additional

services of the Home Insurance with Extra Covers. Among all the options we took under

consideration for implementing this project, Compliments® co-branded card proposed by Edenred

has proven to be the most appropriate one“,had stated Horia Iovănel, Retail Marketing Manager,

To support this objective, Groupama turned to Edenred Romania as to a reliable partner, whose

expertise and promptitude has already been proven over the last few years.

Edenred's solution was a campaign based on Compliments® co-branded card, a tool that lets the

imagination run wild, as it can be customized with the desired image, logo and message in

accordance with the client’s own branding. Edenred has provided advice and ongoing support to

achieve the desired design and the result was a fully customized kit consisting of card, carrier letter

and envelope.

Compliments® card personalized as such, and loaded with 100 Lei is offered as a gift to customers

for any delay from the terms committed by Groupama for household damages self reporting and for

the emergency repairs procedures. The communication campaign of the Home Insurance with extra

Coverage from Groupama was unfolded at a national level, with presence on TV, radio and online.
