B aublebar is an online retailer founded in 2011 by two longtime friends, Amy Jain and Daniella Yacobovsky. The two women launched the site while at Harvard Business School and have successfully established the firm as a fixture in the fashion jewelry industry, garnering partnerships with traditional brick-and-mortar players Anthropologie and Nordstrom. supplement her efforts, but found that in the end, she would still have to do almost the same amount of work. Plus, an agency would charge her the standard 20% finder’s fee. “Our cost is a lot, lot lower with Entelo,” says Schmitt, “And I’ve been thrilled with the caliber of candidates we’ve hired through Entelo.”

Entelo provides Schmitt with the ability to email candidates directly, without having to trawl across dozens of social media sites to uncover contact information. In addition, she is able to target the candidates most receptive to a new opportunity using Entelo’s More Likely to MoveTM algorithm. Lastly, she uses the Entelo email tools to track responses and engagement and cancelled her Sidekick by HubSpot subscription.

Recruiting Backed by the Human Touch

In addition to the sourcing she performs herself, Schmitt relies on the candidates who are curated by Entelo: “The Sonar tool is so helpful. Every morning, I get an email that says, ‘Here are 10 new candidates who may be a good fit for your open job requisition.’ Entelo has basically done your job overnight, instead of you spending an extra two hours at work to reach a quota.” The talent team also engages with their dedicated customer success manager on a regular basis. “We chose Entelo because the people working there truly care about what customers say and what we want from the product. They not only listen but also regularly

make changes to the product based on enhancements we requested,” says Schmitt.
