A multi campus K8 school in Prince George’s County, Maryland needed additional classrooms to accommodate their growing student population. Modular Genius was contracted to design and install a Modular Classroom Building to meet their needs.

ADA aluminum decks & ramps per code were completed to ensure maintenance free access to the new building. The K8 School saved time and money by contracting Modular Genius to provide all the services needed to complete the project.
