Insight Challenge
Lagkagehuset previously used an invoice scanning software, which worked, but was unable to match the purchase order and in-voice lines and therefore could not approve invoices automatically.
Posting accounts as well as the name of the approver had to be selected manually for each invoice by the ac-counting department.
The partially manual management cost a lot of wasted time in the ac-counting department and in the shops/bakeries every day of the year.
Innovation Solution
In connection with a switch to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, Lagkagehuset wanted to implement ReadSoft invoice scanning and thus be able to match purchase orders and invoices down to line level.
ReadSoft recommended the MW In-voice Workflow solution that is 100% integrated in Dynamics AX. The im-plementation was done in two days. In MW Invoice Workflow, all proces-ses that can be automated are auto-mated. The solution is very intuitive and easy to work in.

The Danish bakery chain Lagkagehu-set was established by the bakers Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebk through the merger of their two ba-keries in 2008.
