Patient Came to the Emergency Room at Mental hospital Prof. dr. Soerojo

Magelang present by his nephew and his neighbor because he often angry

without any causes. Patients began having behaviour changes since 6 months

ago. is family said that he also often tal!ing to himself" irritable" and reclusive

in his room. e ever tried to hurt his neighbor with !nive and a sharpen#bamboo.e told his familythat" he did it because there was a whisper that told him to !ill

the neighbor. Previously" patients and neighbors were having a good relationship"

there is no dispute. is nephew once said that his activity at home were just

doing nothing in his own room and praying when he heard the call to prayer.

$uring freetime he often daydreaming in his room. Previously patient wor!ed as

a tobacco farmer. owever" since patients e%periencing in behavior changes" the

patient did not wor! anymore. is nephew told" the behavior changes started

when his older brother wants to get married but forbid by him because he also

wants to get married &rst before his brother married. 'ut the woman he wanted

to marry refused it. e can(t do his daily activities such as eating and bathing byhis self and should be told before.

is nephew said that he also felt an enlargement on the left scrotum since &ve

years ago. Patients never complained of any pain in that part" but it getting

bigger time by time.

Patients say often hear some whispers that it reigns and often see white

shadows. Patients sure that his neighbors often tal! about himself and his

thoughts are are often drawn from outside as well as the patient believes there is

someone who controlling his mind. Patients often feel scared because often

chased by people who would harm himself and the patient really believe it.

Patients currently not feeling sad or happy. Patients !now that she was in a

mental hospital" can distinguish the time of day or night" can &nd out who was

bring him here" and !now the situation he e%perienced this time. Patients did not

recogni)e himself and changed its name to the name of the another person.
