DIAGNOSIS
THE PATIENT IS SUFFERING FROM SUN STROKE
SOAP ANALYSISSubjective evidence:- Fever, chills, vomiting, dehydration, general weakness.Objective evidence:-All electrolytes imbalance were observed.
Assessment:- Based on subjective and objective evidences the patient was diagnosed to be attacked by sunstroke.

Go to a shady or air- conditioned place. Cool off with damp sheets and fan. Rehydrate Don’t drink beverages with alcohol to rehydrate. Drink plenty of fluids.
