What did Conrado learn?

Conrado Reyes is one of the department head of the company owned by Mr. Alex Sandoval, and

they are talking about Eddie’s performance if it is qualified in Promotion, Demotion and

Transfer. Conrado is not in favor with Eddie’s ability to be promoted or to give him demotion

which is actually not in favor with Eddie but the manager intended to say that Eddie has the

ability, but as Conrado is the head of the department in where Eddie belong, he knows what are

the strengths and weaknesses of his employees, as the conversation finished, they decided that

Eddie will be transferred to other department. And as a lesson to Conrado, he learned to let go

his employee and let them bloom, Furthermore, put the employee to the right place in the right

time, placing them according to their skills and abilities so that human resource management can

be easily applied. Conrado learned that he is not the only one who sees his people but also others

and seeing others as a threat to your position is not negative but as a business man he must have

the mindset that everybody has the skills and potentials to be promoted but not to the point that

greater than him, but as a head he has the responsibility to make his people productive, improved

and trained more potentials and skills for them to be promoted.. Don’t easily judge because not

only you evaluate your employees and let them benefit a lot from you as their head.
