Recommendation and Motion
Motion to select Tyler Technologies as the court case management system vendor for the State’s Attorney, Public Defender, and Circuit Clerk/Judiciary and to authorize the State’s Attorney’s Office, the Purchasing Department, and the Information Technology Department to proceed with contract negotiations. Upon completion of the contract negotiations and approval of the Commission the approved contract will be forwarded to the Judicial and Public Safety Committee, the Finance Committee, and to the County Board with a resolution authorizing the Chairman of the County Board to enter into an agreement with Tyler Technologies.
