it is recommended that the supplier:

• sign the code of conduct• perform a self-assessment• get a visits from the customer (an audit)

• Ask the supplier to draw up an action plan• Continually follow up on the action plan• Ask the supplier to involve the workers• Make the financial benefits clear• Reward your suppliers• Do not break off cooperation• Assess your own conditions• Share knowledge with your suppliers• Consider offering financial support
