INTRODUCTION Coral Alliance Sdn Bhd (Coral) is a Malaysian Bumiputra

Company incorporated in March 2005. Coral is licensed with the National Oil

Company, Petronas to provide integrated Brownfield services for the oil and

gas and petrochemical industries. Coral has strategic offices and service

facilities in Kuala Lumpur & Kemaman (West Malaysia) and Miri, Labuan,

Bintulu & Kota Kinabalu (East Malaysia). With close proximity to our customers'

oil and gas facilities, we are strategically placed to offer timely and round-the-

clock services.

On March 12, 2013 Coral Alliance was awarded by the Ministry Of Higher Education, Malaysia (MOHE) for

providing jobs to 37 Community College graduates in our Top-Side Maintenance projects as Qualified Blaster-

Painters. The Community College, under the purview of MOHE, collaborated with TWI Training & Examination

Services, to certify them under BGAS-CSWIP standards as Blast Cleaning/Preparation and Painting Operatives. 3 The British Gas Approved Scheme (BGAS) and Certification Scheme for Welding and Inspection Personnel

(CSWIP) are complimentary, highly regarded, pipeline specific and internationally recognized qualifications.

Coral Alliance re-certified them with The Institute of Marketing Malaysia (IMM) as per Petronas Carigali's

requirement.

Coral Alliance has in-house capabilities to provide

INTEGRATED DESIGN, ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION, HOOK-

UP AND COMMISSIONING (EPCIC)

for total turnkey projects. This single-point responsibility and accountability approach ensures maximum benefits

to our clients in terms of cost as well as project turn-around time.

We have a multi-discipline team of engineers from mechanical, structural, civil, electrical, instrumentation,

process to piping. We undertake the critical works of hook-up and commissioning for various systems on offshore

platforms. These include the electrical & instrumentation systems, structural modifications and structural

fabrications, piping including special alloys and hydro-testing, mechanical equipment, firefighting, shutdown

and test systems, living quarters and other associated services.

This operation is supported by our own Marine Division which operates and manages a fleet of offshore support

vessels that include Anchor Handling Tugs (AHT), Landing Crafts (LCT) and Material Barges.

Coral Alliance key services facilities in Kemaman (Peninsular Malaysia), Miri, Bintulu, Kota Kinabalu & Labuan

(East Malaysia) are located in close proximity to the offshore supply bases and clients' facilities, thus enabling

PLANT AND EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE (O&M) SERVICES

Coral Alliance Operation and Maintenance Division is supported by a team of

QUALIFIED TECHNICAL PERSONNEL

Qualified Service Personnel are trained to service, install or troubleshoot equipment on site.

Coupled with our established service facilities and experienced personnel, we have completed projects of

various complexities either on our own or through alliances with foreign equipment vendors to carry out

complete plant shutdowns on rotating and static equipment such as turbines, pumps, compressors, engines,

gearboxes, fans, blowers, valves, cranes, heat exchangers and other process equipment.

Together with a dedicated team of specialists, engineers and technical personnel, we have the capability to

carry out baseline surveys of all cranes and lifting equipment, carrying out gap analysis, inspection services,

commissioning and performance checks, mechanical and hydraulic repairs and procedure development.

Coral is working towards certification of our workshop facilities from BASEEFA (EXCB) to provide training and

assessment for IECEX personnel competency training and design, installation and assembly of EX-rated

equipment and components.

DESIGN & PACKAGING OF ENGINEERED EQUIPMENT

Coral Alliance has the capability to

the client's specification for a number of equipment packages.

of Pedestal Cranes, pumps, generators and skid packages.

CORAL H.S.E UNIT offer the opportunities to carry out hotwork activities anywhere at Zone 1 and Zone 2

hazardous area without the need for operational shutdown.

H.S.E unit fire retardant and anti-static panel is specially designed to fit various type of structure. The
