A few of the reported removals are not just for dishes, but for brackets, wiring and satellite dish components. We are still in the process of removing dishes when our contractor is available. Please be patient as removal is completed. If you would still like a dish removed and have not already contacted Elite, please e-mail [email protected] for more information.

Stop That Awful Noise!!! Recently, the management office received a lot of upset phone calls over an alarm ringing incessantly on Grazia Way from within a vacant unit. We are
very sorry for those impacted by this issue. However, being that Casabella homes are private residences, the management company does not have access to enter units, nor do they always have resident’s phone num-bers or contact information unless specifically provided to them by the homeowner.
This is a GREAT reminder to always keep your
contact information up to date with Elite Management’s office, especially if you have tenants! They made need to contact you if there is an emergency with your unit.
HOMEOWNERS: This community newsletter is also a very VALUABLE source of information for your tenants! Please ensure they have a copy or inform them the latest newsletter can be picked up in the info box outside the pool gate.

Christmas Tree Removal When the presents are all unwrapped, the in-laws are done torturing you, the first kiss of the New Year kissed (or not) and it’s time to pack Christmas away for another year… What are you doing with your tree? If you’re lucky, you’re stuffing it in a box, ornaments and all and not worrying about it until next year, but then there are those for whom it is not Christmas without a LIVE tree. We all have our traditions. However, we ask that you dis-pose of your tree responsibly. Please do not put your tree in the dumpsters! We do prefer that you put them in the trash enclosures, but not in the bin itself. This way, we can have any trees picked up and disposed of properly. In addition, please be sure to promptly remove all Christ-mas décor from the exterior of your unit when the holiday season is over. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation!
