CCELL® Cartridges are most compatible with CCELL® 510 batteries. CCELL® Cartridges feature a standard 510 thread connection found in many other batteries in the market and include two airflow paths for button-activated batteries. If you have a non-CCELL® battery and your cartridge is not activating, unscrew the cartridge with a 1/4-1/2 counterclockwise turn or continue to "loosen" the threading until it reaches a successful connection. Despite these considerations, we cannot guarantee cartridge compatibility with non-CCELL® batteries.

3.MY VAPOURIZER ISN’T WORKING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If no inhale activation occurs, try the following:

Make sure Battery is charged.

Rotate mouthpiece to ensure positive connection between the Cartridge and Battery.

Separate the Cartridge from the Battery, then clean the contact points in the device and the bottom of the cartridge with a cotton swab and a diluted solution of <70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA). After cartridge dries and while it's still separated from the Battery, inhale from the mouthpiece to clear any clogging.

If the cartridge has been exposed to cold temperature, rub the cartridge between your palms for a few seconds and then connect it to the Power Supply.

1.HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY NEW CARTRIDGE?

Inhale on the cartridge mouthpiece for 3 seconds several times or until vapour is emitted. If the vapourizer power supply has an LED indicator, the light on the device will illuminate to indicate activation.

4.HOW DO I PREVENT A CARTRIDGE FROM LEAKING?

Cartridges can be stored upright, but best practice to help prevent leakage is to store the cartridge at room temperature with the mouthpiece pointing down. Cartridges may leak if exposed to extreme heat (90°F/32°C and higher) or cold (46°F/8°C and lower) temperatures for prolonged time.

If the cartridge has been stored upside down for a prolonged period of time, it is recommended to store the cartridge right side up for 30-60 minutes before consumer use.

5.WILL CARTRIDGES LEAK AT HIGH ELEVATIONS?

All cartridges may leak when transported from a lower elevation to a higher elevation. The degree of leakage depends on how full the cartridge is, how large the increase in elevation is, and the speed at which the elevation changes.

6.HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY CARTRIDGE IS EMPTY?

Cartridge is empty when vapour is no longer produced after activation. Due to headspace, the cartridge may still produce vapour after the reservoir appears empty due to out of view oil absorbed in the atomizer. If a small amount of oil is still in the reservoir, the atomizer may not be able to absorb it to produce vapour due to no oil flow in the reservoir.

Store at room temperature with mouthpiece pointed down.

Store the cartridge with the mouthpiece pointing down when traveling to a higher elevation.
