Windstream is committed to providing our customers with world class service and improving overall customer satisfaction. As part of this commitment we are integrating a Carrier Network Operations Center (CNOC) portal to better serve our customers and business partners. Utilizing the CNOC portal will allow Carrier customers the ability to create, view and annotate trouble tickets in real-time.
The CNOC portal will simplify the way our Carrier Customers do business with Windstream. Carrier Customers will have:
• Instant insight into the status of open/closed tickets.
• Ability to open a ticket directly through the Carrier NOC Portal.
• Faster response times in resolving repair issues.
• 24/7 dedicated Carrier NOC support.
CARRIER NOC 2015 Initiatives
The Carrier portal will continue to evolve in 3Q and 4Q 2015. Some enhancements include:
• Ebonding – Carriers will have the ability to open tickets through their own ticketing systems, with a direct feed to Windstream’s Carrier NOC.
• Real-time Network Outage Alerts and Maintenance Notifications – viewed directly from the Carrier NOC Portal and through email.
In keeping with our commitment to serve our customers better, Windstream is expanding our already experienced and dedicated Carrier NOC. The included 24/7 dedicated Carrier NOC will:
• Eliminate calls being routed from the ERC to the Carrier NOC
• Provide faster response times
• Provide better customer support to our Carrier customers.
