3-Phase Solicitation-Based Program - Phase I/II Government-funded R&D

Phase I - To determine the technical feasibility of ideas submitted and evaluate quality of contractor capabilities

- Proposal must be responsive to solicitation subtopics - $70K, 6 months for SBIR; $100K, 12 months for

STTR

Phase II - To pursue development of promising Phase I projects and provide the major R&D for SBIR/STTR

- New contract negotiated for Phase II- Period up to 2 years ($600K for SBIR, $500K for STTR)
