USLM lashing

Operators dealing with extremely heavy products such as coils, trunks and cellulose, can maximise their cargo securing with our system.

A valid and quick system designed to avoid cargo damages during transport. This system is made of polyester woven straps, with breaking load up to 7500 daN for extremely heavy loads; dunnage bags to fill empty gaps between cargo and avoid shifting. This system can partially or totally replace more sophisticated items used for cargo safety and guarantees fast loading and unloading operations.

Polyester woven straps with breaking load up to 7500 daN, are extremely resistant and can replace conventional steels straps, chains, or metal belts. They are used to secure all kind of goods on train flat wagon, trucks or Iso containers. They are very easy to use and absorb shocks better than other products. Lash can be used with tensioners, mechanic or pneumatic ratchets and special metal buckles. This system is certified by Germanischer Lloyds and made according EEC standard regulations for railway transport.

Container lashing / awning: both guarantee cargo stability.

Anti-slip mats: made with recycled rubber material, they are placed between the floor and the pallet/machinery for a better grip and avoid shifting due to acceleration or abrupt brake.

Anti moisture: container bag, dehydrating salts made to soak extra humidity inside containers.

Barrier material: Isolates the goods and guarantees your products to keep dry with dehydrating salts.

Dunnage bags: dunnage bags are ideal to avoid cargo shifting inside containers, train wagons, trucks or ships. Airbags are stuck between pallets and then inflated to keep your products steady. They are made either in paper kraft or Polypropylene.
