Mentoring

What we did:

Mentor Matcher

•Matched 50 mentors and 50 mentees•All mentees & mentors offered training from CoachMentoring• Matching criteria :area of interest/expertise; sector, geography•Webinar training, e-book on mentoring and workbook to use during the sessions

The feedback was excellent – with even those users for whom the mentoring didn't work saying what a great initiative it was

“ I found the conversations with my mentor extremely instructive & insightful”“By sharing experiences with my mentee, the conversations helped me look more critically at my own career & development

Back to work support

The return to work offer proved to be extremely popular. We used a coach from Penna to work with individuals via webinars and had to turn people away from the pilot.

We are about to launch a membership offer to work with Penna using their outplacement service and content. To support members who have been out of work for 6 months.
