I have continued to challenge myself and have embraced learning from those around me that have been in the industry for decades. Education has also played a valuable role in my career. The success I have had in my current role is a good indicator of my commitment to excellence and my thorough understanding of the complexity of the business industry. My experience highlights; I have held several different roles at Reiter Dairy/Dean Foods that have allowed me to learn many of the complex aspects of the business. This includes closely working with; Distribution, Plant, National Account Directors, Distributors, AR, Order Entry, and many other departments. I understand the value of profitability within the business and have taken this knowledge into my work with pricing, new business opportunities, existing customer relationship, as well as day-to-day decision making. I have embraced ongoing business report analysis. I take initiative to utilize these reports to make effective business decisions and leverage the reports to drive profitability with existing customers. I am already active in industry groups including; Cleveland Food Dealers, AGMR, and SAND (NE Ohio School Food Service Directors). I have provided leadership to Sales Merchandisers and Territory Sales Reps. This has included leadership on; store visits, customer relationships, technical training, teamwork on assigned projects, new business development, and price proposal preparation.

Since I was first hired at Reiter Dairy/Dean Foods in 2001 I have been working towards a management and leadership role. I have continued to challenge myself and have embraced learning from those around me that have been in the industry for decades. Education has also played a valuable role in my career. The success I have had in my current role is a good indicator of my commitment to excellence and my thorough understanding of the complexity of the business industry.

My experience highlights;

Frequently I have been asked to train others. Understanding that not each person learns the same way, I can naturally train others in a way they can relate to.

I have seen firsthand examples of leadership through my peers and managers at Dean Foods. I have been given several years of excellent mentoring. To me this has been the most valuable opportunity in my career. I have purposely made efforts to absorb any learning opportunity given to me by my peers and managers.

Without assistance I have identified key relationships with existing and prospective customers. I have developed strong ties with these key people. I have been able to leverage these relationships to carry out a variety of initiatives. I specifically have strong ties to Small Format and National accounts. This includes; Food Service, Distributors, Schools, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Target, Drug Mart, Speedway, and many others.

Regularly I have been asked to prepare presentations, lead regional meetings, and conference calls for many of our key customers. This includes; Dollar General, Family Dollar, Speedways, Discount Drug Mart, IGAs, Sodexo, Schools, and many other c-store chains.

I see the value in relationship building and how investing time in these relationships can truly pay off.

I have a thorough understanding of the complexity of the dairy business and its competitors. I regularly work with many other dairies across the country.

I have worked closely with the Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Territory Sales Reps, and Sales Merchandisers for many years. I know I am well respected among my peers.

I have regularly led teams to execute company initiatives. This has included; unprofitable accounts, delivery reductions, new business development, and reset projects.

Throughout my tenure with Dean Foods I have adapted to the continually changing environment. I am able to see the bigger picture and embrace changes knowing they will lead to a better business environment.

I have a strong focus on new business development. I understand the ideal new business our company needs in order to remain profitable. I make effective decisions to cultivate these ideal new business opportunities.

Not only do I understand the complexity of the dairy business, but I also understand the complexity of each relationship. I carefully manager relationships with existing and prospective customers so that I am attentive to their individual needs becoming their trusted dairy advisor.

I live central in Ohio and close proximity to Pennsylvania. I value the opportunity to travel to meet with customers and my peers to provide assistance in the market.

I regularly prepare existing and prospective customer presentations, business reviews, promotion schedules, and carry out our national marketing initiatives with them.

I work with market price changes and have effectively interacted with customers to pass along any pricing initiatives.

I understand the dynamic market in Ohio and use this knowledge regularly in my role. The course work I have completed towards my MBA has given me excellent skills to

implement in a Sales Management role. I have completed studies of; Human resources, Business Law and Ethics, Economics, Marketing, Data Analysis, Financial Accounting, Organizational Behavior, and many other management studies.

I have worked at Reiter Dairy/Dean Foods for 14 years. I understand the challenges of the business market and embrace those opportunities. My loyalty runs deep and I believe my track record speaks for itself.
