Feb 15th Set up conference call. Invite reviewers from all FMO’s to attend to ask questions of the WG team about the document. Go through the document on the call. Reminder to FMO’s to complete review by end of Feb.

Contact each delegate by e-mail asking for an introduction to the person at the FMO responsible for publicity and publications related to Enterprise Architecture. Follow up with delegates to get introductions in e-mail.Also ask for names of bloggers that they consider influential in their field.
Compiled list of contacts for each FMO stored in shared folders. Some FMO’s will have more than one person, so the list needs to be detailed.
Jan 1st – Jan 15th
Contact 10 FMO’s. For each, let them know that we will be publishing a paper on Career Path in late May or early June. We’d like to know their deadlines for submission. Also ask about conferences where the paper may be suitable for presentation.
Each FMO contacted confirms and provides information.
Jan 15th – Jan 30th
Contact remainder of FMO’s. (See above) All FMO’s confirm and provide information on publicity
Feb 15th Release a publicity plan that indicates the names, dates, and necessary content to be sent to each FMO. Contact EA bloggers to let them know that the paper is coming out. Ask for them to review it in June when it is available.

Mar 15th All edits complete. Schedule an internal review with FEAPO delegates to get any feedback prior to new release in April.
