Main Objective: To see if the applicant will fit well with the people and culture of the company
Common Questions: Tell me about a recent problem and how you solved it? What do you like to do when your not working?
Tips: Be yourself, know what people at the company like to do, Hunting, Sports, Etc.
Technical Based Main Objective:
To see if the applicant has a good understanding of the technical aspects of Finance Common Questions:
What is the Capital Asset Pricing Model? Can you walk $10 of depreciation through the three financial statements?
Tips: Be well versed in financial lingo, have someone in the industry do a mock interview
to help you prepare

Main Objective: To see if the applicant can talk about how past experiences will help them in this
new position, to see if the applicant will fit well in the company Common Questions:
Give me an example of a time when you motivated others? Give ma an example of when you used fact finding skills to solve a problem?
Tips: Try to illustrate to the interviewer how past experiences will help you in the future
Brain Teasers Main Objective:
To see if the applicant can think quickly and intelligently walk the interviewer through their thought process
Common Questions: Complex multiplication and division questions How many parking meters are in New York?
Tips: Be sure to review basic multiplication and division, Look at guides
