CAREER FAIR

Valley View High School hosted its annual career fair on December 2, for

all 9th-12th grade students. Students had the opportunity to explore and

inquire about different career pathways available to them as they visited

the different presents available.

CHRISTMAS CARD CONTEST

Congratulations goes out to Mrs. Cecilia Valdez and her Art Society students who did

an amazing job by placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in this year's Hidalgo Christmas card

contest. Christmas cards were displayed at Hidalgo City Hall. Way to go Mrs. Valdez

Tiger spotlight goes out to Mr. Leoncio Garcia for his outstanding enthusiasm and commitment to his students in the theater arts program and in UIL. Mr. Garcia along with Mr. Lerma have been working countless of hours with the theater arts students to make sure they are well prepared and have successfully perform two production in one semester. His students are excited and commit-ted to continue doing an excellent job with upcoming play productions and UIL competitions. Mr. Garcia, keep up the great work!
