CTSO’s (Career and Technical Student Organization)

CTSO (Career and Technical Education Organization) • CTSO's serve Texas students through BPA, DECA, FBLA, FCCLA, TAFE, FFA, HOSA,

SkillsUSA and TSA via NCC-CTSO (National Coordinating Council for CTSOs) and are key components to strong CTE programs.

• CTSO's integrate into CTE programs and courses and extend teaching and learning through innovative programs, business and community partnerships and leadership experiences at the school, state and national levels.

CTSO Compensation

Lump sum stipend amount available for ALL who submit a “CTSO Binder”

• Binder Contents• Contract signed by campus admin

• Membership/affiliation: Copy of receipt and Official Membership Student roster

• Roster of students who participated at district/regional, state and nationals.

• Meetings Minutes (minimum of 4 meeting)

• Activities to include fund raising, socials, 2 community service, etc. (pictures of students must be included)

• Open Lab (practice sessions) Sign in sheets with at least 5 students

• Evidence of state or national liaison activities

• Will be set up to submit electronically by deadline April 24, 2020.

CTSO Officer Induction Ceremony• Date for Induction November 5, 2019

• Form is available to enter officers list• Please submit by no later than October 11.
