How to:Make a Payment Plan
Pricing Revision
Click on the Account Number associated with the payment plan you would like to revise
Click on the payment plan you would like to revise
Click the Pricing Revisions tab
The current balance and term is displayed. Click Adjust Contract Pricing to revise the payment plan
Add a message for the customer. CareCap will automatically notify your customer via email that their payment plan has changed.
You can also add a Reason for the revision. This is intended for internal records only and is not communicated to the customer.
If needed, you can revise the Payment Plan Start Date or the Next Payment Date.
Revise the price by entering the new balance due in the Revised field. In this case, $50.00 was added. The monthly payment amount automatically increases to account for the revised balance. The Remaining Number of Payments can also be edited to adjust the Monthly Payment.
Click Save to confirm the Pricing Revision. Your customer will be notified of the change via email.
