Reasons Why You Should Diligently Commit to a Care Group1. To provide your family with an opportunity to connect life-on-life with others during the week.2. To get to know others in the CFBC body more intimately and more personally3. To have opportunities to share prayer requests, struggles, and pray together as a Care Group4. To encourage accountability as you build and form close-knit relationships5. To interact more personally with other believers through prayer, discussion, sharing life6. To get to know three shepherd-leaders who aspire to the office of elder and to see them serve, sit under

their teaching, and benefit from their shepherding7. To provide venues for husbands/wives (and/or children) to gather with other believers and hear the

teaching of the Word, benefit from seeing Christian fellowship, and Christ-centeredness in action8. To provide opportunities for hospitality, shared meals, & the intimate setting of being in others’ homes.9. To follow the model of the early church who met together with regularity from ‘house to house’
