Teachers can have students create their own independent storybooks OR they can create a class assignment in which students collaboratively build stories using image prompts. While originally intended for elementary students, this is a great resource for secondary subjects as well. Flubaroo is an extension or script that you can install into your Google Docs account. After installing, creating a Google Form as usual. Take the quiz with the correct answers, then run Flubaroo to select it as the Answer Key. You can exclude non-graded items like Name and ID Number. When students take the quiz, run Flubaroo again to automatically grade the quiz and receive scores for each student. Flubaroo also provides reports on missed items for re- teaching. Each word can be spoken or pronounced using the speaker to the right of the word. Words are categorized by parts of speech and definitions appear when hovering.
