Please be advised that it has come to the attention of the Board of Commissioners that you may have engaged in certain conduct which, if true, would constitute cause for breach of contract pursuant to Section 12, D, of your Employment Agreement. A special meeting of the Shiawassee

County Board of Commissioners has been noticed for Monday, December I, 2014, at 5:30 p.m. to allow the Board an opportunity to hear the complaints and to provide you with the opportunity, if you so desire, to respond to those complaints. Please be further advised that pursuant to MCL 15.268a of the Open Meetings Act you have the right to request that the Board of Commissioners go into closed session to hear such complaints. In the event you desire to request that the Board go into closed session you may do so by placing your request in writing or by making such request orally at the time of the Board meeting. The following generally describes the nature of the complaints which the Board anticipates will be brought before it at its December 1, 2014, Special Meeting. Radio City Xmas show Chicago- I t must finally be summer in Chicago because

Ringling Bros. Circus the Cirque Shanghai has taken up i ts annual residence a t Navy Pier. That means locals and tourists can enjoy about

Ten Chimneys 75 minutes of uninterrupted high quality circus performances, topped for the second consecutive summer by a remarkable young man named Wang Quan.

As usual, Cirque Shanghai is a lean show, no braying ringmaster, no animal acts, no blasting circus orchestra, no clowns--just one high quality performer after another doing their thing. There is no dialogue, and no storyline. The only vocal sounds are the yowls and shouts and grunts that punctuate some of the more physical ensemble acts.

Along with the circus acts, the show features massed exhibitions from "the Chinese Kung Fu and Wu Shu masters." I ' d wager that 98% of the audience entering the Navy Pier amphitheater wi l l have no knowledge of Kung Fu or Wu Shu martial arts, but on the
