It can be recognized by i ts vacuum pod and its choke tower and choke mechanism. The Road Demon is available with either an electric or manual choke. The size of this carburetor can be identified by a single digit cast into the main body and also by the style of the boost venturii.  To determine carburetor size, look for a single digit cast into the main body adjacent to the secondary vent tube and also the type of boost venturii (booster) employed. The cast digit will be 6 or 7, with a dimple, and the boosters will be either annular or down leg in the primary venturii and straight leg in the secondary venturii.
