Arrived 30 mins early and sat in the waiting room. Previous oral (0930) did not finish until1 100 delaying the start of my oral until 1 1 10.

Captain Baker started by looking at my documents and we discussed the RFA and the

future. He then explained the format of the oral and that I would be Master of my next vessel

and he was happy for me to consider that it was an RFA and answer accordingly.

lnitially nothing (unless it is dangerous), gather my thoughts, look at planned maintenance

sysfems onboard over the first day or so and then discuss with the HODS.
