■ Referencing a file is not the latest version
■ ■ Local file is older than the latest version in the vault
■ ■ Local file is a newer version than the latest vault version.
■ ■ The file does not exist in the vault or is a “Private State” file
■ ■ The local file is the same as the latest vault version.
■ Local file has been modified in SOLIDWORKS
■ Checked in by another SOLIDWORKS user
■ No local file/File is not in cache
