In this class you’ll play Kick the Can, Capture the Flag, Sardines, Badminton, Croquet, Bocce Ball, Sharks and Minnows, 4 X 4 basketball, and more! Remember to wear your comfy clothes and sneakers, and come prepared to have a great time outside getting exercise in the fresh air!

INTRO TO SCRAPBOOKING Scrapbooking is a fun way to preserve photos and other keepsakes while creating a book that is uniquely yours. This class will introduce you to all the basics. You will learn how to create a title page for your subject, crop photos, mat and organize photos and decorations on a page, and journal a bit about your subject. You’ll use your creativity along with colorful paper, pens, stickers, photos and more to complete your album. You will also use a die cut machine to create embellishments and letters to make your pages come to life. Scrapbooking is more than filling an album with photos, it’s a hobby! Students must provide their own photos. Instructor: Julie Stevenson has been scrapbooking for many years. She hopes her students will enjoy the hobby as much as she does!

MUSICAL ART In this fun (and sometimes messy!) class, the worlds of art and music collide. Students will explore elements of music and sound as we make several instruments from regular household objects. We'll also use different types of music to inspire a variety of drawing and painting projects. Come ready to learn and create!

Instructor: Nancy Curry is a guitarist and singer/songwriter, with a B.A. in Theater. She teaches music and theater class for kids of all ages, and is co-owner of Create! Studio for the Arts.

All equipment will be provided but don't forget your sneakers! STEAM & THE ART OF TIME: CLOCK IT! In this class S.T.E.A.M. (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) class you’ll learn an acrylic painting and chemistry technique called a 'dirty pour,' which creates colorful, concentric cells on your framed canvas. Your pop art painting will then become the background for an original clock! You can personalize your clock with geometric designs you create from homespun paper beads. Let's go analog!

Instructor: Jennifer August, a Clinical Art Therapist and free-lance graphic designer, encourages immersive teamwork, good risk-taking, and "cool braininess" through creative expression.

FRENCH AND ITALIAN COOKING Mangiamo and bon appetite! (Let’s eat!) But you’ll have to prepare your yummy meal first! In this class you will create delicious French and Italian recipes including pasta e fagioli, pizza, caponata, polpette (meatballs) and salsiccia (Italian sausage), quiche Lorraine, hors d’oeuves, omelettes, and baguette fondue!
