• The Community Access Program of Arizona and Mexico (CAPAZ-MEX) is a Medical Discount Network offering quality, affordable healthcare to the working families of Yuma County

• CAPAZ-MEX is not an insurance. Members self-pay for medical services at highly discounted rates through a network of reputable physicians and specialists

What is CAPAZ-MEX?


• CAPAZ-MEX is open to ALL the uninsured residents of Yuma County, regardless of income or preexisting conditions.

• 3 Income-Based Levels:• CAPAZ-MEX (Tier 1 & Tier 2)• CAPAZ-4-ALL (Tier 3)• CAPAZ-CAN-MEX (Canadians)
