OnE man rObOtic SurvEy macHinESeSg use trimble robotic total stations. these state-of-the-art machines allow the surveyor to operate alone providing both improved accuracy and cost benefits to our clients. these machines are used for all survey applications. GlObal naviGatiOn SatEllitE SyStEm (GnSS)eSg use survey grade gNSS receivers characterised by accuracy and speed of operation. the added advantage of mobile internet connection means there is no need for costly and time consuming base stations. these gPS receivers can be used even during poor satellite coverage with the simultaneous use of the robotic survey machine. SurvEy cOntrOllErS eSg use trimble survey controllers that are interchangeable between all robotic total stations and gPS units. each controller has a Sim card which allows for connection to the internet and remote access to other controllers and our secure cloud data storage. unmannEd aErial vEHiclES (uavS)Our commitment to the complete range of complementary, quality surveying services means we also offer uaV surveying services in partnership with other successful like-minded organisations. in many cases uaV surveys offer quicker and less costly alternatives to Photogrammetry, gPS, manned aerial laser Scanning (lidar) and terrestrial laser scanning. 12ESG Key PerSONNel

GraEmE clarkE SurvEy manaGErgraeme graduated with a Bachelor of geomatic engineering (Surveying) from the university of New South Wales in 1994. Since then he has amassed a wealth of industry experience (more than 20 years) and indispensable knowledge of relevant standards and regulations. He specialises in engineering Surveying (High rise construction, roads, railway, large infrastructure and land development) .

graeme has developed exceptional management and consulting skills through managing projects for eSg clients as well as managing the overall business. graeme is a founding member and shareholder of eSg.

andrEW cHiriGO OpEratiOnS manaGErandrew is a registered Surveyor with the Surveyors Board of Queensland (#4538). He graduated with a BSc (Hons) Surveying (2002), mSc Operations research (2007), and diploma of Project management (2012). He is currently studying for a master of mining engineering degree with the university of New South Wales. He is an associate of the australian institute of Project management (aaiPm).

andrew is a multi-skilled surveyor with vast experience in open-cut mining, engineering surveying, main roads and high order control surveys. He also brings experience from his work as a lecturer, consultant and within a government agency. He is responsible for the day to day management of eSg, project management, mining surveying, engineering surveying, uaV surveying, Qa systems, business development and day to day liaison with clients.

13ESG Key PerSONNel

lauriE mOOrE SEniOr SurvEyOrlaurie completed a diploma in mathematics education (1977-1978) and also graduated with a diploma in Surveying (Wollongong taFe, 2008). He has over 10 years experience in surveying in various capacities and has been influential in training graduates at eSg as well as developing company and client surveying standards. He has a wide range of experience in construction and engineering surveys.

jarraH GilmOur SEniOr SurvEyOrJarrah holds a diploma of Surveying, Wollongong taFe (2006) together with various industry licences. He has 10 years experience in various engineering surveying roles, including utility infrastructure, high order control establishment, precision construction surveys (bolt, high rise, large infrastructure, etc.) He has worked extensively in both consulting and government.

SimOn bailEy SEniOr draftErSimon holds an associate diploma of Surveying (OteN) - 1999 – 2003. He has worked for various highly respected land surveying firms in NSW.Simon has 12 years’ experience in local government work, small scale subdivisions, strata, detail surveys etc. He is highly competent in both field surveying and drafting having been a field party leader and also main draftsman before his current role. Simon is instrumental in developing eSg’s drafting standards.

pHil StatHErS SEniOr draftErPhil holds a diploma in land & engineering Survey drafting (1987-1991) (Sydney technical college) and is a master cad practitioner and drafter with over 25 years’ experience in survey, civil, structural and industrial drafting. He has vast experience in all types of government projects & has led the implementation of eSg’s drafting and plan checking systems and procedures.
